MY DAUGHTER KATHRYN, EXPRESSED INTEREST IN THE BUSINESS SO SHE COMPLETED THE STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS AND BEGAN HER REAL ESTATE CAREER IN JANUARY 2007. Background and Qualifications

BILL RETZER:
BILL was born and raised in San Leandro Ca, and moved to Chico in 1960 shorty after graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he received a degree in Agricultural Management. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1959. He is past President of the Chico Association of Realtors and a former Regional Vice President of the California Real Estate Association. He is a REALTOR member of the Chico, California and National Associations of Realtors. He has four children all raised in Chico. Bill lives in Durham with his lovely wife Christine. They are blessed with 17 grandchildren.

Bill has gained valuable experience from his ownership in a construction firm which built and sold new homes and multi-family dwellings in the Chico area. He has also developed home sites, ranchettes, established, owned and operated walnut and almond orchards, and raised cattle and horses. This varied experience and knowledge gained has been valuable in assisting his clients in these and other important real estate fields. Recently he has been specializing in the marketing and sales of agricultural real estate throughout the Northern California area. He offers a free ESTIMATE OF MARKET VALUE report to all of his clients.


KATHRYN SPECCHIERLA
Kathryn is a native of Chico. After graduating from Pleasant Valley High School, she attended the University of California at Santa Cruz, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Kathryn and Michael Specchierla were married in San Francisco and shortly thereafter established their home in Chico. Kathryn and Michael have two young boys and are very active volunteers in school and community activities. Michael is a librarian with the Chico Elementary School District. Before entering the Real Estate business Kathryn worked with her mother in the interior design field for several years. The knowledge and experience she gained has enabled her to assist her clients in "stageing" their homes prior to sale. Kathryn offers complementary STAGING CONSULTATION to all of her clients.

A recent new commer to the real estate business, Kathryn has been concentrating her efforts on listing and selling homes in Chico and the sourrounding areas. Since begining her real estate career in January 2007, and during this difficult market period, she can claim the completion and closing of EIGHTEEN real estate transactions.
